AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING CABLE FRANCHISE ORDINANCE NO. 606
ARTICLE II., SECTION 4, FRANCHISE TERM.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
ORDAINS:
611
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. _, Article II., Section 4, Franchise Term, is hereby
amended to read:
Section 4. Franchise Term
This Franchise shall commence upon the effective date of the regular certificate of
confirmation issued by the Board and shall expire on April 20, 1998.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and official publication.
