COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REZONING OF FIVE PARCELS ABUTTING
EASTWOOD ROAD FROM R-l AND R-3 TO B-2 FOR A NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL USE TO BE LOCATED NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD I AND EAST OF
HIGHWAY 10 AND AMENDING THE CITY'S OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Appendix A of the Mounds View Municipal Code entitled "Specific Rezonings", the
City's Official Zoning Map and zoning district classification are hereby amended as follows:
1. The zoning district classification of the following described real properties are
amended from R-1, Single Family Residential to B-2, Limited Business:

S 1Iz Lot 50, Spring Lake Park Hillview

2. The zoning district classification of the following described real property is

This Ordinance is effective thirty days after its publication.

TO B-2, LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT
WHEREAS, TOLD Development Company has applied for a rezoning of the properties
located at 2625 Higbway 10 and 7715-7161 EastWood Road from residential to commercia!; and
