CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
An Ordinance adopting the 2000 Long Term Financial Plan
The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain:
SECTION I.
The 2000 Long Term Financial Plan was presented in August 2000 and was available for
public inspection in the Office of the City Administrator.
SECTION II.
The 2000 Long Term Financial Plan is hereby adopted.
SECTION III.
This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date of its publication.
Introduced and read by the City Council ofthe City of Mounds View on December 11, 2000.
Read and passed by the City Council ofthe City of Mounds View this 8th day of January, 2001.

Richard Roberts, being duly sworn on an oath states or affirms that he is the
publisher or authorized agent and employee of the publisher of the newspaper

(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting qualifi-
cation as a qualified newspaper, as provided by Minnesota Statute 331 A02,
