CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1106.03 SUBD. 1 (a) OF THE MOUNDS VIEW
CITY CODE PERTAINING TO ACCESSORY STRUCTURES
THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS:
SECTION 1: Section 1106,06 of the Mounds View Zoning Code is hereby
amended with the proposed additions underlined and the proposed deletions struck out,
to read as follows:
1106.06, Subd. 1(a)
Every R-l zoned property improved with a single-family dwelling is allowed a maximum of
-l-,4()().1,800 square feet of combined accessory building area, subject to the requirements
noted herein.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its
publication in the official City newspaper.
Read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View on this 11th day of March,
2002,
Read and passed by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 25th day of
March, 2002.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GiVEN that a public
hearing will be held by the Mounds View City
Council on Monday, March 11, 2002 at 7:05
p.m. at Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Highway
10, Mounds View, Minnesota, 55112, to con-
Sider proposed Ordinance No.. 693, an ordi-
nance amending Title 1100, Chapter 1106 of
the Mounds View Municipal Code (Zoning
Regulations) pertaining to maximum square
footage for accessory buildings.
Anyone desiring to be heard with reference
to this matter may be heard at this meeting. If
you are unable to attend the meeting but wish
to comment, you may submit a letter to Jim
