ORDINANCE NO. 698 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1108.02, 1108.04, 1109.02, AND 1109.04 SUBD. 4 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE PERTAINING TO PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL USES IN R-3 AND R-4 ZONING DISTRICTS THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: SECTION 1: Section 1106.06 of the Mounds View Zoning Code is hereby amended with the proposed additions underlined and the proposed deletions struck out, to read as follows: Section 1108.02: PERMITTED USES: The following are permitted in an R-3 District: Multif::1mily d\Nelling structures containing six (6) or less dwolling units. Townhouses up to six (6) units as reaulated herein. . Section 1108.04: The following are conditional uses in an R-3 District (requiring a conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by Section 1125.01 of this Title): Tovmhouses up to six (6) units as regulated horein.
