Section 1.
It shall be unla."f-1l1 for any person, firm,

partnership, or corporation to pump the contents of a.ny sp;:i... tank or cesspool

investigate all complaints submitted to the village council, and if after
investigation there appears to be a violatior~ ot this ord1nance1the
officer shall sign a complaint.
Section 3.' .!my person; firm,part~ership, or co:rporation
violating any provision of this ordinance shall be gun ty of a mi:sdemeanor and
i.lpon conv:Lction shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00 or by
1mpriSOnmtmt in the county jail or countj' workhouse for not more than 90 days
plus th'S! costs of prosecution in either case.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
