Places, Ineligible for on-sale or off-sale licens~s.
Subdivision 1. No license shall be granted for sale ei ther
off-sale or on-sale, on any premises where a liCense. has he<,n """..cted
of a violation 0 r c..is o'~inance. or of the state non-IntOxicating or
intoXicating liquor 1.... or any license hereunder has been revoked for
caUSe until one year has E'laPSed after such conviction or revocation.
