Section 5. Ponlll ty. Any person violating any provil!lior.1 of this
ordina,nce shall be guilty of a mlsdell1ep.nor. and upon conviction thereot shal.l
be pllnighl~d by n fine of not to exceed $100.00 or by imprisonment in the

of the provisions of this ordjnance t~v 5~id license may be revoked by the
ccuncil w:Lthout a hearing.
Bnction 6. Repeal. All ordinances and parts of ordinances ,n
conflict horewith are hereby repealed.
Section 7. E!1ectlve. This ordinanCE> shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage .and puhlication according to law.
