Section 1. The re~ulBtnry provisions of Minn~sota Statutes, 1945,
Chnpt(>l"S 161-:.1':;9, and l'il, withuut ",xceptiG:1, ..if; Rmr:'f1rL~c. fr";,j time to time,

Legislature at the General Sessions, extra sessions, and secDnd extra sessions
thereof, ar€~ herelJ.)' adol-11.0u as traffic ordinances regulating the use of highways,
streets and alleys and of motor vehicles within the Village of Mounds View and
a:::-e hereby incorporated in and made a part of this ordinance as completely as if
set out herein in full.
. Section 2, Any violation of the statuteR adopted by reference in
Section 1 iiereo'f is a violation of this ordinance when it or.~urs within the
Vil1.agc of Mounds Vi cw. Any pf'l"SOn thus vi olating :any provision of this ordinance,
shall be guilty of u misdemeanDr and shall be punish~d by a fine of not '0
exceed $100.(0)r by imprisonment in the County jail or County workhouse for a
period not to exceed ninety days,

repealed.
