Section 1. Pursuant to the aut~Drity granted to the Vi11a~e ~ouncil
under MinnQsoL3 Statutos Chapter 412.~21 Sub~ivislon 18, that certain street
located wi t;hin the V\ 11a~e of Mounds View north of County Road H to where it
intersects with St~t~ Trunk Highway No. 10 and known as Fairchild Avenue shall
'hereafter be known as SilvElr lAke Road.
Section 2. This ordinance shall tak~ effect from and after the dat~
