AN ORDINANCE N-1.ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 124
ADOPTING THE FIRE lREVENTION CODE

The Villagp Council of the Village of Mounds View does
r.ereby ordain:
Section 1.' Section 1 of Ordinance No. 124 is amended to
read as follows: Adoption of Fire Prevention Code. 'rhere is hereby':'"
adopted by the Village of Mounds View for the purpose of ~~escribing
J.;;"~ regulations governing, condi tions hazardous to health and property
from fire or explosion, that certain code known as the Fire Prevention
Code, 1970 edition, recommendp.d by the American Insurance Association,
and as amended from time to time, of which code not less than three'
