CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 32 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED, liTHE PLANNING COMMISSION" The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: SECTION I. Chapter 32.02, (1 ) is hereby amended as follow, Subdivision 1. Appointed Members, Terms of Office. The Planning and Zoning Commission shall consist of not less than seven nor more than nine members from the resident populatiGn, of Mounds View, other than persons elected to a public body, to be appointed by the Mayor with approval of the City Council from applications submitted.
