ORDINANCE NO. 456 CITY OF .MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED, "PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION" The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: SECTION I. Chapter 34.03, (1) is hereby amended as follOW, '--..
