CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW
BY AMENDING CHAPTER 48 ENTITLED, "WETLAND ZONING
ORDINANCE"
The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby
ordain:
SECTION I. The Wetland Zoning District map as
established in 48.15, Subdivision 1, of the Municipal Code,
is hereby amended by redelineating the wetland boundary for
Wetland 1. D. No. 1-23 as per the attached exhibit.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
days after the date of its publication.
Read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View
on this 13th day of March, 1989.

Mounds View on this 27th day of March, 1989.
