COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW
BY REPEALING CHAPTER 108, ENTITLED, "PUBLIC DANCE
HALLS"
The City Council of the City of Mounds View does
hereby ordain:
SECTION I. Chapter 108, Public Dance Halls of the
Municipal Code of Mounds View is hereby
repealed.
SECTION II. Ordinance No. 113 which established
Chapter 108 of the Municipal Code is
hereby repealed.
SECTION I I I. This ordinance shall take effect 30 days
after the date of its publication.
Read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View
. on the 21 day of August, 1989.
Read and passed by the City Council of the City of
