CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW
BY AMENDING CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, "ZONING"
The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain:
SECTION I. Chapter 40.02, Subd. B, shall be amended by
adding the following:
i!Ql Furniture Showroom. A retail facility used for the
sole purpose of displaying items for selection but not
inventoried on site.
SECTION II. Chapter 40.17, Subd. B, shall be amended by
adding the following:
The following are permitted uses in a a-2 District:
i!il Furniture showroom without warehousinq.
.. SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its publication.
