AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 400, CHAPTER 405 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW
MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 405.02, SUBD. 1 AS TO APPOINTMENT
OF MEMBERS OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION
THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 405.02, Subd. 1 of the Mounds View Municipal Code relating to
appointment of members of the Parks and Recreation Commission is hereby amended by
the addition of the bold and double underlined language and the deletion of the f~etd-aR~
s#iske~ language as o ows:
405.02: MEMBERSHIP; OATH; COMPENSATION:
Subd. 1. Appointment of Members:. The Commission shall consist of ~i~e
{9} members appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the
majority of the Council. The Mayor, with approval of the City Council,
shall appoint a chairperson at the first regular meeting of the Council in
January.
SECTION 2. This ordinance is effective 30 days after its publication.

cation as a qualified newspaper, as provided by Minn. Stat. § 331A.02, §
331A.07, and other applicable laws, as amended.
(B) The printed public notice that is attached, was cut from the columns of said
newspaper, and was printed and published once each week, for 1 suc-
cessive weeks; it was first published on Thursdav, the 26 _ day of
