AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1111.02 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW ZONING
CODE PERTAINING TO PERMITTED USES WITHIN THE R-O, RESIDENTIAL-OFFICE
ZONING DISTRICT
THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS:
SECTION 1: Section 1111.02 of the Mounds View Zoning Code is hereby
amended with the proposed additions underlined to read as follows:
1111.02: PERMITTED USES: The following are permitted uses in an R-0 District:
All permitted uses allowed in an R-4 District.
Club or lodge without the serving of food or beverage. (1988 Code §40.15)
Automotive Accessory Installation Operations (Ord. 710, 4-7-04)
• SECTION 2. This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its
publication in the official City newspaper.
First read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View on this 24th day of
March, 2003.
Read and adopted by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 14th day of
April, 2002.
