Home My WebLink AboutOrdinance 728• • r~ ~J ORDINANCE N0.728 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE SETTING STORM WATER MANAGEMENT FEES FOR SERVICE IN 2004 The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: SECTION I. The Mounds View City Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the City to insure sufficient funding to cover operations in the Storm Water Utility Fund. SECTION II. The Finance Department shall quarterly prepare a bill based upon rates as established below for each property class and in accordance with existing Mounds View policies. STORM WATER MANAGEMENT RATES effective for service on and after January 1, 2004 shall be set at: R1, R2, sin le & two famil residential $7.50 er uarter R3 medium densit residential $40.99 er uarter R4, high density residential R5, manufactured homes R0, Residential office $49.72 per quarter/acre B1, neighborhood business B2, limited business B3, Highway business B4, re Tonal business $63.78 per quarter/acre I-1, industrial $49.72 er uarter acre PF, ublic facilities $19.62 er uarter/acre PUD, tanned unit develo ment $56.39 er uarter/acre CRP, conservanc ,recreation and reservation $6.94 er uarter/acre School /church, ublic / rivate $22.89 er uarter/acre SECTION III. This ordinance shat! take effect thirty days after the date of its publication, and shall be retroactive to billing for service provided from January 1, 2004 onward.
