HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 783ORDINANCE 783 • CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING "APPENDIX E" OF THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT FEES The City of Mounds View ordains: SECTION 1. "Appendix E" of the Mounds View Municipal Code entitled "Planning and Development Fees" is hereby amended by showing the old fees +r'e~~~~and the newfees underlined: Refer to the attached "Appendix E" SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its • publication in the official City newspaper. INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING by the City Council of the City of Mounds View on this 13~' day of November, 2006.
