CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ACCEPTING THE 2003 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, Hardrives Inc. has requested that acceptance and final
payment be made by the City for the 2003 Street Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in
accordance with the contract plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the original contract amount as awarded was
$1,674,769.46; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $11,370.75 was
approved during the course of the project, resulting in a revised contract amount
of $1,686,140.21;cnd
WHEREAS, the actual final construction cost is $1,617,227.27 and
the final payment amount is $16,172.28.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The 2003 Street Improvement Project is hereby accepted.
2. Final payment to Hardrives Inc. in the amount of $16,172.28 is hereby
authorized.
