CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF LUMBER FOR MAILBOX POSTS FOR THE
2009-10 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council awarded the 2009-10 Street and
Utility Improvement Project on February 23, 2009, and;
WHEREAS, as part of a street improvement project mailbox posts will be
constructed and install, and;
WHEREAS, Staff has received 3 quotes for lumber to construct the mailbox
posts, and;
WHEREAS, Spring Lake Park Lumber quoted an amount of $10,080.17, and;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve the purchase of lumber to construct the necessary mailbox posts from
Spring Lake Park Lumber in the amount of $10,080.17 to be funded from account
number 285-4470-7050-311.
