CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING STEP WAGE ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the following below is a regular full-time employee who is currently
working for the City of Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed his performance as it relates to the
responsibilities outlined in the job description; and
WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the following employee below has
satisfactorily performed in the capacity of his position documented in his performance
reviews on file; and
WHEREAS, a wage adjustment is consistent with the Employment Agreement
on file.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve a wage adjustment to the following indicated in the chart below.
