STATE OF MINNESOTA
REVISING THE 2009 FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, revisions and updates to the Fee Schedule are necessary; and
WHEREAS, the 2009 Fee Schedule needs to be revised to reflect a Cleanup
Deposit of $250.00 for anyone applying for an Outdoor Special Event; and
WHEREAS, the 2009 Fee Schedule needs to be revised to reflect an
Administrative Hearing Filing Fee of $50.00 for property based nuisance code violations;
and
WHEREAS, all revisions to the Fee Schedule must be adopted by the City
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Mounds View does hereby approve the revisions to add a $250.00 Cleanup Refundable
Deposit for anyone applying for an Outdoor Special Event, and a $50.00 Filing Fee for
residents filing for an Administrative Hearing for property based nuisance code violations,
to the 2009 Fee Schedule. .
Adopted this 13th day of April, 2009.
