CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF BASIC BLACK MAILBOXES FOR THE
2009-2010 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council awarded the 2009-10 Street and
Utility Improvement Project on February 23, 2009; and,
WHEREAS, as part of a street improvement project mailbox posts will be
constructed and installed; and,
WHEREAS, Staff has received three quotes for Mailboxes to attach to the new
posts; and,
WHEREAS, Spring Lake Park Lumber provided the lowest quote for 200 basic
black mailboxes in the amount of $1,810.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve the purchase of 200 mailboxes from Spring Lake Park Lumber in the
amount of $ 1,810.00 to be funded from account number 285-4470-7050-311.
