STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution Approving an On Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for
Totino's Italian Kitchen
WHEREAS, Totino's Italian Kitchen's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June
30, 2009; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Totino's On Sale Intoxicating Liquor
License pending a satisfactory background check.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
does hereby approve an On Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Totino's Italian Kitchen
for the period of July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010, contingent on a satisfactory background
check with the Minnesota Department of Criminal Apprehension.
Adopted this 8th day of June, 2009.
