STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR
DON BURDA, TEMPORARY BUILDING INSPECTOR
WHEREAS, Don Burda has resigned from the Mounds View Community
Development Department effective July 23, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused vacation is 8.9 hours as of July 23,
2009; and
WHEREAS, Don Burda's current rate of pay of $28.08 per hour; and
WHEREAS, the maximum potential payout of vacation time will be 8.9 hours x
$28.08 = $249.91.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
approves aone-time payout of vacation time not to exceed $249.91.
Adopted this 10th day of August, 2009.
