STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION GRANTING A CHARITABLE GAMBLING PERMIT FOR THE
SPRING LAKE PARK LIONS TO CONDUCT CHARITABLE GAMBLING AT
ROBERT'S SPORTS BAR AND ENTERTAINMENT IN MOUNDS VIEW
WHEREAS, the Spring Lake Park Lions have requested that the City Council allow
them to conduct charitable gambling at Robert's Sports Bar and Entertainment; and
WHEREAS, the Gambling Control Board requires that the local unit of government
pass a resolution specifically approving or denying requests to conduct charitable
gambling; and
WHEREAS, the Spring Lake Park Lions are in compliance with all requirements of
the Mounds View Municipal Code with regard to charitable gambling regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby authorize the Spring Lake Park Lions to conduct charitable gambling at Robert's
Sports Bar and Entertainment.
