RESOLUTION NO. 7431
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENUMBERING OF TWO RESOLUTIONS
ORIGINALLY ADOPTED IN 2007
•
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted resolution 8006 at their June 25, 2007 City
Council meeting which was incorrectly numbered; and,
WHEREAS, the City Attorney recommends adopting a resolution to officially
renumber the affected resolution; and,
WHEREAS, the official resolution index as well as the original resolution will bear a
footnote indicating the resolution number as originally adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby authorize renumbering the incorrectly numbered resolution as well as another
resolution to be alphabetically footnoted, as identified below:
