CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RENEWAL OF AN AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MOUNDS VIEW AND NORTHWEST YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View firs# entered into an agreement with
Northwest Youth and Family Services in 1976; and,
WHEREAS, the Northwest Youth and Family Services mission is to prepare
youth and families for healthy lives; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View greatly values the services Northwest
Youth and Family Services has provided Mounds View residents for over 30 years;
and,
WHEREAS, the current Agreement expires at the end of 2009 and will need
to be renewed to continue to receive the services provided by Northwest Youth and
Family Services; and,
WHEREAS, the Agreement includes a termination provision should the City of
Mounds View or Northwest Youth and Family Services ever desire to end its
association.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
does hereby approve the renewal of the Agreement with Northwest Youth and
Family Services for a period of five years, beginning January 1, 2010.
