AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1125.06 OF THE
MOUNDS VIEW ZONING CODE ABOUT PENALTIES
The City of Mounds View ordains:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 1100,
Section 1125.06 of the Mounds View Zoning Code pertaining to "Penalties" by deleting
the ~ricken language and adding the underlined text as follows:
1125.06VIOLATION AND PENALTIES: Any person who violates any provision of the
Code is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be
punished and fined as provided in Section 104.01 of the Code. Each day a
violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect 30 days after its publication in the official City
newspaper.
PUBLIC HEARING, INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View this 26th day of October, 2009.
SECOND READING AND ADOPTION by the City Council of the City of Mounds View
this 9th day of November, 2009.

On November 9, 2009, the Mounds View City Council adopted an ordinance that amends
the zoning code about penalties.
The ordinance is on file and available for public viewing at the office of the Clerk
Administrator. The ordinance is posted in its entirety on the City's website, located at
www.ci.mounds-view.mn.us
