MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (EDC)
WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission (EDC) consist of members
appointed by the Economic Development Authority (EDA); and
WHEREAS, there are currently three vacant seats, which expire on December 31,
2009; and
WHEREAS, the EDA reviewed the applicants to the EDC, and recommend
reappointing Jason Helgemoe, Gary Meehlhause, and Torri Johnson to the EDC, as
recommended by the EDC at the November 20, 2009, EDC Meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Economic Development
Authority (EDA) do hereby approve reappointing Jason Helgemoe, Gary Meehlhause ,and
Torri Johnson for a three year term to expire on December 31, 2012.
