CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR
PSO TYLER MARTIN
WHEREAS, PSO Tyler Martin resigned effective January 4, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the balance of Tyler Martin's accrued and unused vacation is 17.04; and
WHEREAS, Tyler Martin's current rate of pay is $13.52 per hour; and
WHEREAS, the maximum potential payout of vacation time will be 17.04 x $13.52 =
$230.38; and
WHEREAS, $230.38 will be contributed to Tyler Martin's Retirement Health Savings Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves a
one-time payout of vacation time not to exceed $230.38 into Tyler Martin's Retirement Health
Saving Plan.
Adopted this 25th day of January, 2010.
