CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION REVISING THE 2010 FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, revisions and updates to the Fee Schedule are necessary; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council passed Resolution 7530, which
approved the 2010 Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revisions to the 2010 Fee Schedule, and
authorizes the following revisions:
1. Under Miscellaneous Fees of the 2010 Fee Schedule, the 50t" Anniversary
Mounds View Cookbook and the Mounds View History Book is added. Each
book will cost $5.
2. Under Police/Administration Offense of the 2010 Fee Schedule, Animal
Impoundment Fees are added as follows:
$25 1St violation within 12 months
$50 2"d violation within 12 months
$75 3~d and subsequent violations within 12 months
3. Under Mounds View Athletic Field Fees of the 2010 Fee Schedule, the time
block for athletic field reservations is revised from 55 minutes to 4 hours.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds
View does hereby approve the revised 2010 Fee Schedule.
