AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE THREE
PROPERTIES FROM R-2, SINGLE &TWO-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO R-1, SINGLE-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL: 7301 PARK VIEW
DRIVE, 7441 PARK VIEW TERRACE AND
2760 WOODALE DRIVE
On January 11, 2010, the Mounds View City
Council adopted an ordinance that rezones
three residential properties from R-2, Single
and Two Family Residential to R-1, Single
Family Residential in order for the properties
to be consistent with their immediate neigh-
borhoods and the 2008 Mounds View
Comprehensive Plan.
The ordinance is on file and available for
public viewing at the office of the Clerk
Administrator. The ordinance is posted in its
entirety on the City's website, located at
www.ci.mounds-view.mn. us
