CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR ABC LIQUOR LOCATED AT 2840 COUNTY HIGHWAY 10
WHEREAS, ABC Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2010; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of ABC Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor License,
pending a satisfactory background check with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension
(BCA).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby
approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for ABC Liquor for the period of July 1, 2010 to
June 30, 2011, contingent on a satisfactory background check with the Minnesota Bureau of
Criminal Apprehension (BCA).
Adopted this 14th day of June, 2010.
