COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ON SALE WINE AND 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR TAIKO SUSHI BAR LOCATED AT 2394 COUNTY HIGHWAY 10
WHEREAS, Taiko Sushi Bar's On Sale Wine and 3.2 Malt Liquor License expires June 30,
2010; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Taiko Sushi Bar's Intoxicating Liquor License,
pending a satisfactory background check with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension
(BCA), a satisfactory fire inspection by the Mounds View Fire Marshal, and full payment of the utility
bill.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby
approve an On Sale Wine and 3.2 Malt Liquor License for Taiko Sushi Bar for the period of July
1, 2010 to June 30, 2011, contingent on a satisfactory background check with the Minnesota
Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA), a satisfactory fire inspection by the Mounds View Fire
Marshal, and full payment of the utility bill.
Adopted this 14th day of June, 2010.
