COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution Approving an Off-Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor License for
SuperAmerica Located at 2640 County Road I
WHEREAS, SuperAmerica's 3.2 Malt Liquor License expires on June 30, 2010; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of SuperAmerica's Off Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor
License pending a satisfactory background check from the Minnesota Department of Criminal
Apprehension.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby
approve an Off Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor License for SuperAmerica for the period of July 1, 2010 to
June 30, 2011 contingent on a satisfactory background check from the Minnesota Department of
Criminal Apprehension.
Adopted this 14th day of June, 2010.
