Resolution Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for
Moe's Located at 2400 Highway 10
WHEREAS, Moe's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2010; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, Moe's is requesting to sell intoxicating liquor outdoors; and
WHEREAS, staff has reviewed all application materials to include the application outdoor
liquor consumption; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Moe's On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License with
Outdoor Liquor Endorsement contingent on full payment of county property taxes by October 12,
2010, full payment of utility bill, and satisfactory background check.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby
approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License (with Outdoor Liquor Endorsement) to Moe's forthe
period of July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011, pending full payment of their property taxes by October 12,
2010, full payment of utility bill, and a satisfactory background check from the Minnesota Bureau of
Criminal Apprehension (BCA).
Adopted this 14th day of June, 2010.
