CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for
Robert's Sports Bar and Entertainment
Located at 2400 County Road H2
WHEREAS, Robert's Sports Bar and Entertainment's Intoxicating Liquor License expires
June 30, 2010; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, staff has reviewed all application materials; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Roberts Sports Bar and Entertainment On-Sale
Intoxicating Liquor License contingent on full payment of their utility bill, full payment of attorney fees
associated with a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) on file with the City by July 30, 2010, and a
satisfactory fire inspection by July 12, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby
approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Roberts Sports Bar and Entertainment for the
period of July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011, contingent on full payment of their utility bill, and full
payment of attorney fees owed to the City in accordance with a CUP on file by July 30, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if a satisfactory fire inspection is
not completed by July 12, 2010, then this may be grounds for Suspension or Revocation under
§502.16 of the Mounds View City Code.
