CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A Resolution Approving Business Licenses for 2010-2011
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View Business Licenses expire June 30, 2010;
and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval ofthe business licenses forthe businesses
listed in Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve business licenses for the businesses listed in Exhibit A contingent upon
the City's receipt of the appropriate fees, application materials, proof of insurance and
satisfactory reports from the Ramsey County Health Department and the Fire Marshal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the time period for these
licenses will be from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011.
