Mayor Flaherty, Council Members Stigney, Hull, Mueller, Gunn, and Clerk-
Administrator Ericson
3. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
A. DLSCUSS UNION CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS
� Clerk-Administrator Ericson and Council reviewed and discussed the status of the
Mounds View LELS Police Officer Union contract negotiations.
B. CONDUCT AN EVALUATION OF AN INDIVIDUAL SUBJECT TO THE
CITY COUNCIL'5 AUTHORITY.
The City Council reviewed the performance of the Clerk-Administrator, James
Ericson. Upon review by each City Council Member, it was the consensus that
his performance satisfies the requirements of the position.
