STATE OF MINNESOTA
At a regular meeting of the Village Council held on
the 22nd day of June 1970 at 8:30 o'clock P.M. at the Village Hall,
2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, with the following
members p Rustad, Malvin, Blanchard, Neisen
and the following member absent: Hodges
Councilman Malvin moved the following:
A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
ARDAN AVENUE AND SUNNYSIDE DRIVE
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a request and petition by certain
property owners the Village Council agreed to hold a hearing to
determine whether or not certain portions of Ardan Avenue and
Sunnyside Drive as dedicated and /or as acquired should be vacated
for street purposes and,
WHEREAS, a hearing was held pursuant to Minnesota
Statute 412.851, preceded by two weeks' published and posted notice,
and
WHEREAS, no objections were presented to the Village
Council in person or in writing,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that those portions of
Ardan Avenue and Sunnyside Drive more fully described hereafter,
are hereby vacated pursuant to law:
The S 32.5' of the following described property:
Lot 3 and Lot 4. Plink Addition.
An easement for road purposes over the following
described property: subject to Eastwood Road, the
N 101.25' of the S 708.75' of the E 528' of the
W 1584' of the NE 1/4 of Section 8, Township 30,
Range 23; said easement being described as the W
25' o; the N 7.95' of said property and also that
part of said property lying W of a curved line with
a radius of 45' and whose center is on the W line
of said property and 45' N of the SW corner thereof.

the plat of record of Flink Addition and on
file in the Office of Register of Deed,
Ramsey County, Minnesota.
Member Blanchard seconded the motion:
those voting in favor: Malvin, Blanchard, Rustad and
those opposed: None
whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted
the 22nd day of June, 1970.

of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I
have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes
of a meeting of the governing body of the above municipality held on
the date therein indicated, and that the same is a full, true and
correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate to a
resolution vacating certain portions of Ardan Avenue and Sunnyside
Drive.

VACATION PROCEEDING.
I, Dennis S. Zylla, Clerk- Administrator of the Village
of Mounds View, hereby state as follows:
1. That on the 22nd day of June 1970 at 8:30 o'clock
P.M., the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View vacated the
following described property pursuant to the authority granted to
it under Minnesota Statutes 412.851, following two weeks' published
and posted notice. No objections were received relative to said
vacation.
The S 32.5' of the following described property:
Lot 3 and Lot 4. Flink Addition.
An easement for road purposes over the following
described pxJperty: subject to Eastwood Road, the
N 101.25' of the S 708.75' of the E 528' of the
W 1584' of the NE 1/4 of Section 8, Township 30,
Range 23; said easement being described as the W
25' of the N 7.95' of said property and also that
part of said property lying W of a curved line with
