RESOLUTION APPROVING FI AL PLANS
WU REAS, at a meeting of the Village Council of Mounds View and
upon the recommendation of the Village Engineer, Otto Bonestroo, held on
June 11, 1958,
NOW TTIERErORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Mounds
View:
1. Such an improvement that has been recommended by the Village
Engineer relative to the proposed improvement of Edlewood Drive is
hereby adopted.
2. That appropriate publications shall be made in the Construction
Bulletin and legal newspaper as directed by the Village Attorney.
3. Said notices shall be published June 18 and 19 and the bids will
be open in the Village Hall on July 1, 1958 at 9:00 o'clock P.M.. Said
improvement shall be paid by assessment of benefited property owners and /or
from general funds.
The above resolution was moved by Sullivan and seconded by Achterkirch
and was duly passed and adopted this 11th day of June, 1958.
