improvement of a part of Trunk I;ilhway Numbef 62 renumbered as Trunk 'Iig;.o ty :,umber
10 within the corporate limits of the Village or Mounds View from LLe west
corporate limits to Junction with Trunk Highway 0=63; and
WrEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the Department;
of ITighways, Saint raul, Minnesota, being mated, labeled, and identified as

WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled and
identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and
W7;ER✓AS the term "said preliminary plans" as };ereirafter used in the body
of this resolution shall be deemed end. intended to mean, refer to, and
incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals particularly
identified and described;
NOW, TTIEI}, BE TT RESOLVED that said rreliminary plans for the improvement
of Trunk Highway' Number 62 renumbered Trunk Highway Plumber 10 within the limits of
the Village of Mounds View be and 'hereby are approved.
The above resolution was moved by Sullivan and seconded by Rustad and was
duly passed and adopted this 99th day c July, 1958.
