WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds
View duly held on the 16th day of September, 1958, the following resolution was
offered by Rustad and seconded by Sullivan to -wit:
Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, the village council of the Village
of Mounds View authorized improvement and construction of Edgewood Drive in the
Village of Mounds View, adjacent to lands owned by Independent School District 621,
Berwyn Christensen and Carlson LaVine Co. Said improvement was advertised for bids
in a legal and trade paper. The contract for construction was awarded to Ray Sina
Construction Co. and said work has been substantially completed.
The total expense of the project has been determined to be $5,139.40.
Whereas, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.061 the council has
determined that the calculation of assessments shall be as follows:
The Village of Mounds View will pay $1,284.85
The assessment roll has been filed and open to public inspection with the village
clerk. Proper assessment hearings were held, with notice of same published in the legal
newspaper.
Now, then, be it resolved that said assessment is hereby adopted this 16th day of
September, 1958.
