CLASSIFYING CERTAIN LANDS
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by resolution
dated August 18, 1958, classified as nonconservation land a certain parcel lying
within the limits of the Village of Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification resolution, together with
a list of the land classified, has been submitted for approval of the classification
and sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA, Section 282.01, Subdivision
1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the classification of the land shown on
said list as nonconservation land and the sale thereof be and hereby is approved;
and
BE IT FURTF`ER RESOLVED That the Village Clerk be and hereby is directed to
file a certified copy of this resolution in the Office of the County Auditor.
