OF A FIRE PROTECTION COARA"T.

?;F ?EREAS, The Village of Mounds View desires to enter into a contract to
furnish fire protection service with the Spring Lake Park Fire Department, nnd,
FIFIEREAS, mutually satisfactory a.rr3rgements have been proposed for that
purpose and reduced to —riting in a proposed written contract;
NOW, T "BEFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of Mounds View, Minnesota:
1. The proposed contract for fire protection with the Spring Lake Park
Fire Department is hereby approved. A copy of this contract is attached hereto
and made a part hereof as fully as though set forth at length herein.
2. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
the attached contract in the name and on behalf of the Village.
Adopted by the Village Council this 20th day of January, 1959.
