RESOLUTION 19
At a regular .meeting; of the village council of the Village of Mounds View, duly
held on the 2nd day of February 1959, the following resolution was offered by John
Sullivan and seconded by Reuben Achterkirch to -wit:
WFIrU AS, it has come to the attention of the village council that certain
lands described as follows:
Subject to Long Lake Road; the South 14 feet of the Northeast 1
of the Southeast of Section 7, Town hip. 30, Range 23
became forfeited on July 23, 1958, for the nonpayment of taxes,
AND, W7ER AC, it is believed that this land forms a part of a village street
and is actually in use as a village street; and
WHEREAS, the land commissioner of the County of Ramsey has suggested that we
apply for such land;
NOW THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Mounds View apply for the above
described land pursuant to statute under the terms of Chapter 511, Laws of 1941.
Upon the call of the roll the following members voted in favor of the resolution:
Achterkirch, Smith, Christensen, Sullivan, Gibson.
The following members voted against its adoption: None.
whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution adopted.
