At a regular meeting of the village council of the Village of Mounds View,
duly field on the 16th day of March, 1959, tl•e following resolution was offered ry
Christensen and seconded by Gibson to -wit:
The Village Council of the Village of bounds View adopts the following as
additional procedure to Ordinance No. 60:
1. Not more than 1/3 of the Recreation Budget shall be
spent on the operation of Lakeside Park.
2. Financial records shall be audited by Clerks from
both villages twice a year.
3. Bookkeeping systems will be set up by the Clerks of
the villages and maintained by the Commission.
4. The Commission shall make provision for registration
of all who use the beacr for swimming.
NOW THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, Thai tie Village of Mounds View adopt these
additional procedures for orderly and efficient operation of Lakeside Park.
Upon the call of the roll the following members voted in favor of the resolution:
Christensen, Gibson and Sullivan.
The following members voted against its adoption:
whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution adopted.
